CommentAs of Nov. 21 st I am now being told that the furniture cannot be delivered until late December. We are now talking 19-20 weeks for delivery! I am dealing directly with Thomasville now and there is still not resolution.
I have been told several bold faced lies now. 1) The furniture is available in our warehouse -LIE- now it is having to be "cut" which takes 6-8 weeks. 2) this is the one that really gets me and is a huge red flag. I have given them a deposit of roughly 3k. They have promised continually that my 1 year no interest payment plan with GE will not start until I have received all the furniture. I have received less than 3k of furniture to this point. Guess What? GE sent us a bill today with the payment plan and a balance. They say that my deposit was applied towards the furniture that was on order and since I have received some of it they are sending me a bill!
So now I owe 3k additional and have already paid 3k. Only to received 2.8k in furniture.
I want to make this very clear. We are not talking about a quality problem here! This company is unethical and will attempt to steal your money!
Save yourself the agony and do business with a company you can trust.
