We order a custom bed and was told it would be about 2 months before it could be delivered. As we had painting and remodeling going on that was OK.

In less than 2 weeks we received a call they wanted to deliver the bed but we told them we would call when we could receive it. It was delivered 2 weeks ago with the rails missing so the bed could not be assembled and was told they would be back in 6 days with the rails. We had no bed as we had removed the old one. Finally after a couple of calls we were told someone would come later in the day with the rails.

Two very nice young men came from the warehouse and assembled the bed but found the tops of the posts were missing. They put in an order to have them mailed to us. After a couple of days we determined the quality of the bed was not to our liking as it creaked every time we got in bed or out. We are not large people!

Also the bed consumed the room. We asked for permission to return the bed and received that permission from the manager of the Pineville location. We agreed to pay $604.73 which included a restocking fee, delivery, and pickup charges.

We were told they would call with the time of pickup - after 4 phone calls over a period of 12 days to the store we have yet to receive an answer. Have now called the corporate office - waiting to see if we get a call.
