Can someone PLEASE call me 929-319-****. I am very frustrated that I am not able to speak to a live person about my issue!
I received my 4 Thomasville Neuveau dining chars (2 on time and 2 were lost and then arrived 3 days later in a horrible crushed dirty old box without any packing!) One of the chairs is missing the little round piece at the end of the chair that is very necessary to keep the chair from rocking back and forth.
Can someone please contact me to get my address to mail me the little round piece that goes at the very end of the leg of the chair?
I hope that you can send me this little piece so that it will match the other legs of the chair and I can finally use this chair. I am very disappointed in the delivery of this item.

Large couch tears

Cheap product design/construction on couch and side chair
Bought an expensive couch and two side chairs for living room in 2011 from Thomasville. First, the cheap plastic spring clips broke on the couch such that you sank down so far that it was comical but for the price paid.
Attempts to fix the problem through Thomasville were useless. Finally we gave up and bought a new couch elsewhere. Yesterday night I was sitting in a seldom used Thomasville side chair and heard a loud pop.
Sank in the chair and then looked underneath. The spring had popped due to breakage of the plastic spring clip.
Actually two of them were broken. Mind you, Thomasville could prevent this problem in the first place if they were not so cheap. And by that I mean they could use metal spring clips that do not shear off/break when flexing. But that might add a production cost of maybe 5-10 dollars at most per chair.
Instead they sell you their product claiming that it is of high quality when in actuality they cheap it on the spring clips and then cause you unnecessary headache. If you look on the internet you will see that my experience is not unique.
